Interim Director of Social & Economic Regeneration, Pamela Gardner
Pamela Gardner is the Interim Director of Social & Economic Regeneration for East Potential; which grew from pioneering work in the mid 90s to address youth poverty in east London.
It now along with other initiatives accommodates nearly 500 homeless and vulnerable young people in its foyer schemes, and is the largest provider of foyer accommodation in the UK.
East Potential also runs a nationally acclaimed youth offending programme; Time for Youth - as well as an extensive employment, training and business enterprise programme, in partnership with a number of major City Corporates.
A competent and highly experience housing and regeneration professional with over 20 years housing, social, economic and regeneration experience, Pamela now oversees Social and Economic Regeration for East Potential.
