Business Place is an incubator centre for business start-ups, fitted out with the latest technology, with support on-hand to give your business the boost it needs.

This is the perfect environment for young entrepreneurs to build their small business.

Opened by the Mayor of Newham, Sir Robin Wales, Business Place is a collaborative initiative by East Thames Group, East London Small Business Centre (ELSBC) and the London Borough of Newham.

Costs

Desk space is available to young entrepreneurs on a short or long term basis for just £50 per week (including broadband, with special rates for phone use.)

Anyone can make use of our hot-desking facility for just £5 per hour.

Added Benefits

Businesses can also access expert support from East London Small Business Centre for FREE, including help raising finance and advice on growing your business.

Business Place - In the heart of vibrant Stratford

Situated in the heart of Stratford, Business Place has easy access to the centre of London by road, rail, tube and air (City Airport).

It is also in close proximity to a bustling shopping centre and strategically placed to take advantage of developments at Stratford International Station, which will soon offer a direct rail link to Paris.

It is anticipated that the occupants of Business Place will be strategically placed to reap the benefits and maximise the opportunities presented by the 2012 Olympics.
